Es gibt vier verschiedene Arten von nichtrostenden St\u00e4hlen: austenitische, ferritische, martensitische und Duplexst\u00e4hle.<\/p>\n<h2>Magnetismus der Edelstahlsorten<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_16895\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-16895\" style=\"width: 651px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16895\" src=\"https:\/\/bemagnet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Figure-1-Magnetic-field-lines.jpg\" alt=\"Magnetische Feldlinien\" width=\"651\" height=\"450\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-16895\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Magnetische Feldlinien<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Neben der Art des nichtrostenden Stahls wird das magnetische Verhalten von nichtrostendem Stahl auch durch Faktoren wie Kaltbearbeitung und W\u00e4rmebehandlung beeinflusst. Der Magnetismus von nichtrostenden St\u00e4hlen wird wie folgt beschrieben:<\/p>\n<h3>Austenitischer rostfreier Stahl<\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_16896\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-16896\" style=\"width: 651px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16896\" src=\"https:\/\/bemagnet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Figure-2-Stainless-steel-structure.jpg\" alt=\"Struktur aus rostfreiem Stahl\" width=\"651\" height=\"450\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-16896\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Struktur aus rostfreiem Stahl<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Austenitischer nichtrostender Stahl wie die Sorten 304 oder 316 gilt im gegl\u00fchten Zustand in der Regel als nichtmagnetisch. Das bedeutet, dass er in seinem Standardzustand nur sehr schwache <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/chemistry\/magnetic-property\">magnetische Eigenschaften<\/a> falls vorhanden.<\/p>\n<p>Diese St\u00e4hle enthalten einen hohen Anteil an Chrom und Nickel, wobei letzteres die FCC-Kristallstruktur stabilisiert und somit die magnetische Suszeptibilit\u00e4t insgesamt verringert. Dennoch ist der fehlende Magnetismus in erster Linie auf die kubisch-fl\u00e4chenzentrierte Kristallstruktur zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Geringe Mengen an Kaltverformung wie Ziehen, Walzen oder Biegen k\u00f6nnen die Kristallstruktur verformen, was zu martensitischen oder ferritischen Phasen f\u00fchrt. Diese k\u00f6nnen dann einige magnetische Eigenschaften hervorrufen, wenn auch lokal begrenzt und schwach. Zus\u00e4tzlich k\u00f6nnen W\u00e4rmebehandlungen mit anschlie\u00dfender schneller Abk\u00fchlung das gleiche Ergebnis erzielen.<\/p>\n<h3>Ferritischer rostfreier Stahl<\/h3>\n<p>Diese St\u00e4hle sind aufgrund ihres relativ hohen Eisengehalts und ihrer kubisch-raumzentrierten Kristallstruktur magnetisch. Die BCC-Struktur beherbergt ungepaarte Elektronen, deren magnetische Momente das magnetische Verhalten beeinflussen.<\/p>\n<h3>Martensitischer rostfreier Stahl<\/h3>\n<p>Martensitische nichtrostende St\u00e4hle k\u00f6nnen magnetische Eigenschaften aufweisen und werden dort eingesetzt, wo neben Festigkeit und H\u00e4rte auch ein gewisses Ma\u00df an Magnetismus gew\u00fcnscht ist. Die k\u00f6rperzentrierte tetragonale Kristallstruktur dieser St\u00e4hle hat die Atome so angeordnet, dass sie ein magnetisches Moment erzeugen.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem enthalten martensitische nichtrostende St\u00e4hle einen h\u00f6heren Kohlenstoffgehalt, der bei der W\u00e4rmebehandlung zur Bildung einer harten und magnetischen Phase beitr\u00e4gt. Eine schnelle Abk\u00fchlung des Stahls von erh\u00f6hten Temperaturen kann ebenfalls eine martensitische Umwandlung bewirken, wodurch das Material magnetisch wird.<\/p>\n<p>Martensitische nichtrostende St\u00e4hle weisen je nach Sorte und Zusammensetzung einen unterschiedlichen Grad an Magnetismus auf. Au\u00dferdem kann der durch W\u00e4rmebehandlung erzeugte Magnetismus in diesen St\u00e4hlen lokal begrenzt sein und ist nicht so stark wie bei rein ferromagnetischen Materialien.<\/p>\n<h3>Duplex-Edelstahl<\/h3>\n<p>Nichtrostende Duplexst\u00e4hle haben ein Gef\u00fcge, das sowohl austenitische als auch ferritische Phasen kombiniert. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einer ausgewogenen Kombination aus moderaten magnetischen Eigenschaften und Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit. Die magnetischen Eigenschaften dieser St\u00e4hle h\u00e4ngen von der Zusammensetzung und der W\u00e4rmebehandlung ab.<\/p>\n<p>Die gemischte Mikrostruktur von nichtrostendem Duplexstahl erm\u00f6glicht es diesen St\u00e4hlen, dank der kubisch-raumzentrierten Kristallstruktur der ferritischen Phase magnetisch zu sein.
