Dailymag Latch Magnet
Latch magnet assemblies are designed with a strong magnet that is fixed into a steel channel or cup. They have high holding power and excellent resistance to heat. Mainly, they are used as door latches. However, they are also used for holding fixtures, nameplates, and other ferrous metal items. They possess power that is up to several times the strength of a single magnet.
A variety of latch magnets are available at Dailymag. We can design latch magnets in different shapes, sizes, and magnet materials such as ceramic, neodymium, and many more.

Latch magnets with 2 holes are commonly used for mounting and holding signs, tools, and other objects.

The latch magnets with tab mounts have a strong ceramic block magnet positioned between the metal.

Latch magnets with a center hole are used for securing cabinet doors, drawers, and other types of doors.

The ceramic latch magnet channels consist of a strong ceramic block magnet and a rectangle steel channel.

Neodymium latch magnet channels have strong magnetic strength and excellent corrosion resistance.

The square channel latch magnets are used as closures for cabinet doors, drawers, cupboards, and many more.
Sandwich Latch Magnets
Applications
The latch magnets are commonly used as a door latch or closure for chests, cabinets, drawers, closets, cupboards, dressers, and other types of doors. They can also be used for holding nameplates, signage, displays, fixtures, and other kinds of metal objects. Latch magnets are widely used in places such as:
- Home
- Office
- Shops
- RV

Magnet Shapes
Latch magnets are assembled with magnets that are typically designed in these shapes:

- Plastic
- Other finishes based on your needs

Neodymium Latch Magnet Set
Dailymag offers neodymium latch magnets in a set. Our sets of neodymium latch magnets are available in different sizes. The set includes:
- neodymium disc magnets
- pot
- stainless steel screws
- steel plate
Types of Magnets

At Dailymag, we offer a variety of latch magnets that are fixed with neodymium or NdFeB magnets. Neodymium latch magnets are rare earth or permanent magnets that have high magnetic strength. They are strong even when their size is small. Due to that, they are widely used in applications that need strong magnetic force in a limited space.

Dailymag also manufactures ceramic latch magnets or also known as ferrite latch magnets. Strong ceramic magnet in a charcoal gray color is fixed into the steel channel or cup depending on your requirements. Different grades of ceramic magnets can be used. Our ceramic latch magnets are commonly used for positioning and holding applications.
Latch Magnet Types

Push-latch magnets have a push-to-open system. They can be used for drawers, cabinets, and other types of furniture. You can close the cabinet by just applying light pressure or pushing it simply. Their advantages include:
- Slows down the closing action of your door
- Prevents the slamming of your doors

The twist-latch magnets have similarity to push-latch magnets since they repel until they rotate or pass through the zero-force transition point which they will attach and attract. Twist-latch magnets and push-latch magnets also differ in that when one magnet is turned into a particular position, the alignment pattern will cause it to release or reject the other magnets. The balance of repel & attract and the angle of rotation of the twist-latch magnets can be changed.

Channel latch magnets are commonly used for holding and mounting applications. They are typically available in rectangle or square shapes. Moreover, they have strong holding power and are used for holding:
- Display pieces
- Fixtures
- Signage
- Tools
- Other objects
In comparison to ferrite latch magnets, the neodymium latch magnets are stronger since they have more magnetic strength.
